Check the Availability of the Carriage House

The Carriage House is located on the same property as the Bed & Breakfast just steps to the private beach, The Lazy Bean Carriage House is located behind the Bed & Breakfast.

The Carriage House offers two bedrooms; one furnished with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds, living room, and fully equipped kitchen. A private deck offers patio furniture, gas grill and view of the bay. For your convenience, we have tried to provide all the necessities such as sheets, towels, blow dryer, iron and robes. The unit is also equipped with two cable TVs, VCR, CD player, washer/dryer and some board games.

Sorry, breakfast is not provided for the guests of the Carriage House.

Our Carriage House quests are welcome to use all onsite amenities including the hot tub (open year round), pedal boat, beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas and outdoor shower.

In season, the Carriage House is available on a weekly basis. Off-season, shorter stays are welcomed.

As a courtesy to our other quests, we do not allow pets or smoking inside the unit.
