Rentals are ready for check-in by 3:00 PM and checkout time is 11:00 AM.
Deposit Policy:
Reservations require a 50% deposit at time of booking. The remaining balance and security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and personal checks.
Cancellation Policy
Weekly Rentals:
Reservations require a 50% deposit at time of booking. The remaining balance and security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival date. Any monies paid prior to cancellation are non-refundable (excluding security deposit.) If the unit is reserved by another guests at the same rate for the same period, we would be happy to refund any deposit paid.
Shorter Stays:
A two night minimum stay is required. Holiday weekends may require a 3 night stay. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of reservation. The balance is due upon arrival.
Smoking policy:
The Lazy Bean is a non-smoking property. No smoking is allowed inside the units.
Security Deposit:
The security deposit will be promptly returned once the property has been inspected for damage and theft.
Pets:
No pets of any type are allowed. Should you need assistance finding appropriate lodging for your pets, we will be happy to help.
