Dreamy Cottage ~ I have visited what our family calls The Cute Cottage in Onset for three consecutive years now. The Carriage House (as it is actually called) is a dreamy spot that has been decorated as well as maintained with ultimate care. It is a pleasure to slowly discover that everything you might need has been thought of. The decor has a happy beachy look and it is directly on the bay for sunning, swimming or star gazing at night into the incredible Onset sky. The owners, right on the property, are most accomadating. Highly recommended and I will be back for sure!!!

My wife and I have been visiting Onset every summer since 1999 and have spent the last 5 summers @ the Lazy Bean. The last 3 visits have been spent in the upstairs unit and we could not be happier. Quiet, private and a great location. Easy on and off to the Cape. Onset is a very neat little community and the Lazy Bean is a super location on the water. We have really enjoyed the time spent at Sue Ann and Jeff's property the past 5 summers and can't wait for our visit in 2011. We highly recommend the Lazy Bean for anyone looking for a quiet, clean location on the water.....

We have stayed for years, and we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Onset! The setting is perfect, close to shopping and across the street from the beautiful Onset beach. There are many great restaurants, a stay in Onset is not complete without at least one dinner at Marc Anthony's! The owners are very friendly, their property is maintained beautifully! The cottage is always immaculate with lots of attention to detail. Delightful! I would recommend the Carriage House to friends and family alike. We plan to return next summer, as usual!

We stayed at the Lazy Bean Carriage House at the end of September during the Cape's off season. We really enjoyed the peaceful area and the beautiful views of the Bay. It was nice not to have to battle the Cape traffic by trying to cross the Bridge or trying to book the Ferry to Martha's Vineyard. When we arrived, everything was clean and new!! It was a wonderful experience and I can't wait to return, even in the winter, for a weekend get-away!! The local restaurants were great and there was so many activities to choose from. Even the walk into the Town Center was enjoyable and so close. Once we got there, we had no desire to even jump back in the car until our vacation was over. I can't think of a more relaxing, tidy, and fully equipped place I have ever stayed before!!!
